Room-by-room BS EN 12831 heat-loss calculations, BS 7671 electrical schedules, BS 9251 FHC hydraulic design, and DNO G98/G99 / Ofgem BUS filings.
Plant Delivery & First/Second Fix
Direct trade procurement of boilers, heat pumps, cylinders, solar PV, switchgear, and pipework plus coordinated multi-trade installation on site.
Commissioning & Certification
Payable only upon completed testing, commissioning, and issue of Gas Safe, NICEIC, MCS, Part F/L/P/O, or BS 9251 handover certificates with £0 retention.
Statutory Grants, 0% VAT & Corporate Capital Allowances

For qualifying Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump installations replacing fossil-fuel heating, the £7,500 Ofgem BUS grant is applied for by the MCS installer and deducted directly from your contract price so you only fund the net balance across the 10/60/30 milestones.
0% VAT on Energy-Saving Materials
Qualifying residential installations of heat pumps, solar PV arrays, battery storage (installed with solar or qualifying retrofits), and smart thermal controls benefit from 0% VAT in Great Britain until 31 March 2027 — a direct 20% saving compared with standard-rated building works.
